Shipping can take from 3-7 business days depending on what shipping zone you are in. Processing time can take 2-4 business days. All orders ship Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. All customers will receive a electronic tracking number.

All orders are shipped via USPS. JAS Ties is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees.

To receive in-Store Credit, please contact us first through email only. We must approve your return first. In-store credit will not be issued if the buyer doesn’t contact us first and receive approval within the 7 days of original shipping date.
